Join the HOPE Alliance
We are building the HOPE Alliance—a network of individuals from each county who are Helping Our Panhandle Expand access to mental health care in their communities.
Members of the HOPE Alliance help identify local needs, provide feedback, and support outreach efforts across the region. This group also serves as a pathway for future leadership opportunities within Hopeful Horizons Outreach.

We are seeking representation from each of the 13 counties we serve.
What Involvement Looks Like:
Provide insight into community needs
Help identify service gaps
Support outreach and awareness efforts
Participate in occasional check-ins or meetings
Become a Provider
Licensed counselors and associates, social workers, supervised interns and nurse practitioners are essential to expanding access to care in our region.
Community Partnerships
We welcome partnerships with schools, churches, businesses, and community organizations to expand mental health awareness and services.
Hopeful Horizons Founders
All Founders receive lifetime recognition on our website, a commemorative decal for their home or business, and acknowledgment in community materials and select events.
